Introduced in 1976 the Era was an update of the Authentic and was the first shoe to use the Off the Wall logo. The infamous colour combinations  came about as Tony Alva would wear odd colour shoes, making the two tones a natural progression. The shoe was designed by Alva and was made legendary by the Dogtown crew. It was skateboardings Original shoe.
